SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT
A: Your order should be fulfilled in 1-2 business days (M-F). THIS IS SUBJECT TO THE CURRENT VOLUME OF ORDERS. We will email your tracking once your is processed for shipment. The delivery date given at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Once orders are placed, they are sent directly to our warehouse for fulfillment. We are unable to cancel, edit size, items, or quantities once the order is submitted. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out ASAP so we can input the info before your order is fulfilled. Note that we cannot change shipping methods or speeds once the order is placed.
A: We UPS for domestic orders and USPS for orders shipping to APO addresses.
Our most updated shipping rates will be listed at checkout. Shipping to an address outside of the contiguous US (HI, AK, etc.) is subject to higher rates.
Oversized orders weighing 20lbs.+ will ship UPS Ground and will have an upcharge.
If your order has not been picked/fulfilled, it’s possible to edit your shipping address. You’ll need to send us an email to request the change. We cannot edit your shipping methods once an order has been placed.
At this time, we offer shipping to US and APO/FPO addresses.
Yes, we do! Once you enter your APO/FPO address, the USPS shipping option will be displayed.
Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses will take longer than standard shipping times.
We are unable to offer overnight shipping to any address that is not located in the contiguous United States.
Our team is here Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).
Occasionally, a product you’ve ordered turns out to be of stock when we go to fulfill it. If that happens, we’ll contact you with the back order date to see if you’re able to wait. If not, we’ll refund your card for the order/product amount. Typically, the refunded amount will return to the original form of payment in 1-3 business days!
RETURN POLICY
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order.
Tags & packaging must be intact. Apparel items must be unworn.
If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please take photos and email them to us with a brief description along with the order number.
Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on Battle Briefs. Please reach out to our CS team if you are experiencing issues with them.
Your returned item(s) must be delivered to our warehouse and approved prior to issuing a refund to your credit card. Please allow 5-7 business days after delivery for our team to examine and accept/deny your return.

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, a return is initiated for your original order. Then you can place another order for the new item(s).
While we do accept returns from outside of the US, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We cannot provide a return label for you.
We have a 3 month warranty for all of our house brands: TD Apparel. If an item shipped out is defective, or an issue arises within 3 months of when the order is placed; please email a brief description of the issue, images, and the order number to our customer service team.
Each of our Vendors is unique to their own policy. If an item from one of our Vendor Brands is defective or has an issue, please email our customer service team.
PAYMENT METHODS
We only accept payment via a Government Purchase Card (GPC) on this webstore.
Please make sure you have the correct billing address on your order. A simple wrong number in your zip code could prevent your order from going through. If that doesn't work, you may want to try a different browser or use Private/Incognito Mode.
